At GRYT, we stand behind the quality and durability of our products. That’s why we offer a 1-year warranty on all our fitness gear. Our warranty covers any manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship during the warranty period.

What’s Covered:
- Manufacturing defects
- Faulty workmanship
- Defects in materials (e.g., straps, buckles, stitching)

What’s Not Covered:
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper care
- Normal wear and tear that does not affect the functionality of the product
- Damage from accidents or unauthorized modifications
- Cosmetic issues that do not affect performance (scratches, scuffs, fading)

How to File a Warranty Claim:
1. Email us at support@gryt.co.nz with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos of the defect.
2. Our team will assess the claim and respond within 3-5 business days.
3. If approved, we will either repair, replace, or offer a refund for the defective product.
