Returns and Exchanges Policy

At GRYT, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer returns and exchanges on full-priced items as long as the following conditions are met:

Return Requirements:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery (tracked by shipping).
  • The item must be unused, and in its original packaging, with all tags attached.
  • The item must be a full-priced product. Sale products, bundle deals, and discounted items are not eligible for return unless the product has a manufacturing defect.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Items Excluded from Return:

  • Final sale and sample sale items.
  • Products bought during promotions, using a discount code, or as part of bundle deals.
  • Customized items or products altered in any way.
  • Items that have been worn or damaged by the customer.
  • Products returned after the 14-day window.
  • Gift cards.

Refunds:

We will only issue refunds for items that meet the return requirements. Refunds will only be processed for faulty items and cannot be issued for change of mind. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

For approved refunds, the original order value will be refunded minus the shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

We are happy to offer exchanges for the same product in a different size or style, as long as it’s within the 14-day return window. If the requested item is of greater value, the customer is responsible for paying the difference.

Note: Items purchased on sale, during a promotion, or as part of a bundle deal are not eligible for exchange.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

  1. Email support@gryt.co.nz with your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange.
  2. We will guide you through the process and provide you with the necessary instructions.
  3. Ship the product back to the address we provide, using a trackable shipping service (we are not responsible for lost returns).
  4. Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund or exchange confirmation.

Shipping Costs:

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we will not be responsible for lost returns.

Order Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at support@gryt.co.nz with your order number. Orders that have already been processed or dispatched cannot be canceled. If your order has already been shipped, you may return the item following the return process outlined above.

Discount Codes:

Once an order is placed using a discount code, the price difference cannot be refunded.
